Core Program

Triathlon Training

Full Distance IRONMAN (140.6 miles)

Swim 3.8 km • Bike 180.2 km • Run 42.2 km

Cut-off times: Swim 2:20, Bike 8:10, Total 16–17 hours. Crossing the IRONMAN finish line is a life-changing experience — and with the right coaching, it's within your reach.

Coaching Approach

  • Personalized training plans built around your schedule and fitness
  • Technical focus on swim, bike and run efficiency
  • Holistic preparation including nutrition, pacing and race-day strategy

IRONMAN 70.3 (Half Distance)

Swim 1.9 km • Bike 90 km • Run 21.1 km

Cut-off times: Swim 1:10, Bike 5:30, Total 8:30. The perfect stepping stone to full-distance racing, or a high-performance target in its own right.

Coaching Approach

  • Progressive build-up from base fitness to race-day readiness
  • Speed and threshold work balanced with endurance building
  • Transition practice and race simulation sessions
