Core Program

Triathlon Training

Full Distance IRONMAN (140.6 miles)

Swim 3.8 km • Bike 180.2 km • Run 42.2 km

Cut-off times: Swim 2:20, Bike 8:10, Total 16–17 hours. Crossing the IRONMAN finish line is a life-changing experience — and with the right coaching, it's within your reach.

IRONMAN 70.3 (Half Distance)

Swim 1.9 km • Bike 90 km • Run 21.1 km

Cut-off times: Swim 1:10, Bike 5:30, Total 8:30. The perfect stepping stone to full-distance racing, or a high-performance target in its own right.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit to start coaching?
Not at all. We've coached complete beginners who couldn't swim 25 meters. Every plan is personalized to your current fitness level and builds progressively.
What equipment do I need?
For swimming you just need goggles and a swimsuit. For cycling, any road or hybrid bike works to start. Running requires only good shoes. We'll guide you on upgrades as you progress.
How does remote coaching work?
You receive a personalized weekly training plan. We stay connected via WhatsApp for daily check-ins, technique feedback via video, and scheduled calls for progress reviews.
Can I switch programs later?
Yes, plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch disciplines anytime.
How long before I can complete an IRONMAN?
It depends on your starting fitness. Most athletes need 9–18 months of structured training for a full IRONMAN. A 70.3 can be achievable in 6–12 months.
