Race Format:
Swim: 2.4 miles (3.8 km) Open-Water Swim.
Challenges: Cold water temperatures, currents, and crowded fields.
Equipment: Wetsuits and goggles are essential for comfort and visibility.
Bike: 112 miles (180.2 km) cycling leg.
Challenges: Endurance, steep climbs, and weather conditions.

Run: 26.2 miles (42.2 km) Marathon.
